Koena Atelier is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of every person who visits our website, places an order, or communicates with us. We do not treat privacy as a formality — we treat it as a responsibility.

The only circumstances under which your information is shared with outside parties are where it is strictly necessary to fulfil your order (for example, providing your delivery address to our courier partner), or where we are legally required to do so.

When we do reach out, it is because we believe the content is genuinely worth your attention: a new artist, a limited release, or a special event.

We do not share your contact details with any third-party marketers or mailing lists. Our marketing communications come only from Koena Atelier, and only with your prior consent.

If you did not opt in to marketing communications, you will not receive them. Transactional emails — such as order confirmations and delivery notifications — will still be sent as they are necessary to fulfil your purchase and do not require a separate opt-in.

REMOVE YOUR NAME FROM OUR LISTS AT ANY TIME

You are in full control of your communication preferences and may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time — without penalty, obligation, or need to provide a reason.

To unsubscribe, you may:

  • Email us directly at info@studiokoena.co.za with the subject line "Unsubscribe"

We will action all unsubscribe requests within 5 business days. Once removed, you will no longer receive marketing communications from us. You will continue to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, dispatch notifications) where these relate to an active order, as these are necessary to complete your purchase.
